Choose a qualified operator, or an appropriate hire format with a short set-up briefing for your team.

Option 01

We run it

We bring the equipment, set up and manage the scan experience for your group.

$100 minimum
plus $15 per completed scan and $45/hour qualified operator.

Option 02

Partner scan day

We set up the machine at your venue and provide a brief operating handover for your nominated team member.

$15 per completed scan
with final terms confirmed before booking.

Option 03

Equipment hire

For suitable events, hire can be structured with a booking deposit, an agreed minimum and capped event cost.

$200 minimum
and $375 cap, subject to quote and terms.

A good event starts with clarity

We agree the format before the machine arrives.

Travel and delivery are quoted separately.

We confirm venue access, staffing, event hours, delivery/travel, participant estimate and final terms in writing before the booking. External events are unavailable during the first week of each month.

What participants receive

Each participant receives their own result sheet immediately after the scan. Individual results remain private and are not provided to the organiser unless the participant clearly authorises it.
